We are glad you are joining us. Your shadow visit puts you inside a working practice, and a little planning up front makes it a better one. Everything you need to arrange the trip is below — where to stay, how to get here, and what to expect.

Recommended Hotels

Two clusters of hotels sit close to the office. They are about the same drive, so choose on what suits you rather than on distance.

The Yard at Fishers about 10-15 minutes away
Hamilton Town Center & Noblesville about 10-15 minutes away

Rates and availability are booked directly with each hotel. We do not hold a room block, so we recommend reserving early.

What to Expect on Your Visit

ArrivalShadow visits begin at 8:15 AM. Plan to arrive a few minutes early so you can meet the team before the first patient.
What to wearScrubs, or whatever you are comfortable in.
What to bringSomething to take notes with. You will see a lot and the details are worth writing down.

Travel Information

Flying inIndianapolis International Airport (IND) is the closest airport, roughly 36 miles from the office. Allow 45 to 60 minutes for the drive, and closer to an hour and a quarter if you land during weekday rush hour.
Getting aroundWe recommend renting a car. Uber and Lyft both operate in Noblesville and Fishers, but pickup times run longer here than in a larger city.
