Lexi Yoo is the founder and owner of Yoo Direct Health, a leading integrative and longevity medicine practice specializing in hormone optimization, functional medicine, peptide therapy, medical weight management, and aesthetic medicine. She is also the founder of YDH Training Academy, where she educates and mentors healthcare providers across the country in implementing evidence-based, cash-pay medical practices.

As a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Family and Pediatric Medicine, Lexi has been caring for patients since 2011. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University, her Master of Science in Nursing from Indiana University (IUPUI) as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, and later completed a post-master’s certificate in Family Practice to expand her scope of practice.

Driven by a passion for treating the root cause of disease rather than simply managing symptoms, Lexi pursued advanced education in functional and integrative medicine. She is an IFM Certified Practitioner (IFMCP) through The Institute for Functional Medicine and has extensive training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, longevity medicine, and advanced diagnostic testing. She is also a BioTE Certified Provider, Mentor, and Proctor, helping train other clinicians in hormone optimization.

In addition to her work in functional medicine, Lexi has completed an Aesthetic Fellowship through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and serves as a GAIN Trainer for Galderma Aesthetics, educating providers on advanced aesthetic procedures. She is a nationally recognized speaker and frequently presents at medical conferences on topics including hormone optimization, peptide therapy, functional medicine, longevity, weight management, and aesthetic medicine.

Believing that education is one of the most powerful ways to improve patient care, Lexi developed the Integrative Residency Program in 2022, which later evolved into the YDH Training Academy. Today, the Academy provides comprehensive education through online courses, live masterclasses, hands-on shadow experiences, business mentorship, and clinical resources for healthcare providers seeking to confidently implement functional medicine, hormone optimization, peptide therapy, and cash-pay practice models into their own clinics.

Lexi is also the host of The Better Yoo Project, where she interviews leading experts in hormones, longevity, functional medicine, peptides, women’s health, and entrepreneurship. Through these conversations, she shares practical, evidence-informed strategies that help both clinicians and patients optimize health and performance.
